Carmels Biscuit Cake

                                  Carmel Lucey’s Biscuit Cakes

Ingredients

6 oz Margarine

4 oz Castor Sugar

3 eggs

16 oz Self Raising Flour

2 Teaspoons Corn flour

Cream together and make pastry

Leave in the fridge for a while before rolling out

Cook at 180c for about 8/10 minutes
